Preview the Registration Form here

As part of the registration process, you will need to include the names of any co-presenters, your mentor's correct contact information, any assisting mentors, and your presentation title and abstract. The co-presenters do not need to register separately. Abstracts are limited to a single paragraph of 200 words.Titles, figures, references, and special symbols are not necessary. Please make sure you proofread your entries diligently for grammatical and spelling errors, and make sure the names, titles, and academic departments for you and your faculty mentors are correct. Click on the student registration link below to register.

Faculty mentors must approve the abstract online to complete your registration. Your registration will not be accepted without their approval. A request to approve the abstract will be sent automatically to your mentor so please check carefully to insure that you have entered their email address correctly. The approval notification will also provide mentors with the opportunity to register to attend SNCURCS.
